DENALI MASTERMIXO THROWDOWN ROADSHOW, SIDOARJO
Denali “MASTERMIXO THROWDOWN” is present in the 2nd city, Sidoarjo. In collaboration with ICP (Indonesia Coffee Culture) and INDISCHE 1931, this event was successfully held on 30-31 July 2022.
The first day of the event began with a workshop on the world of coffee and mixology, Ulfa Uljanah as a barista and a finalist for the 2021 Innovation Challenge barista who shared his experiences in the world of mixology and his ability to process drinks, of course with Denali products as the main ingredient of drinks. This workshop received a positive response from dozens of participants.
Continuing the excitement of the previous event, on the 2nd day of this event there was a Mixology competition, dozens of participants from bartenders and baristas took part in this competition, dozens of participants showed their skills in processing coffee and mocktails with raw materials from Denali products.
The judges assessed the skills of the participants from several aspects. the performance of the participants, the taste of the resulting concoction, creativity, and the visual or appearance of the concoction. From the results of the judges' assessment, 3 winners were selected in the "MASTERMIXO THROWDOWN" competition. Radityanto Siswandono was chosen as the first winner, Muhammad Hazazi Aji won the second place, and Miftachur Rochman Ardiansyah won the third place.
Denali “MASTERMIXO THROWDOWN” will then visit the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. Keep up with Denali's story roaming the archipelago as well as the excitement of the event as well as the competition for bartenders and baristas. See you in the next city!
